29. Terms for Parkville and Gippsland Campuses

29.1 The existing conditions and practices concerning patents, car parking and flexible working arrangements will continue to apply to eligible staff at the Parkville (formerly Victoria College of Pharmacy) and Gippsland Campuses, and are to prevail where inconsistent with any provisions in this Agreement.

29.2 Details of the existing conditions and practices applying under this clause will be as stated in the relevant University Policy as at 22 November 2005.
