Overview

This course provides a detailed and thorough approach to effective incident reporting, recording and investigation, Participants should be able to develop effective and practical recommendations for preventative action at the completion of this course. Participants should understand the procedures for Incident Reporting, Recording and Investigation.

Intended Outcomes

Learning Approach

Lecture format reinforcing through the use of examples and discussion of local workplace injuries & hazards and mitigation using Monash systems and the hierarchy of control.  A mock investigation of an injury and hazard.
