Overview

This program will provide a framework for understanding the personal impact of change and will provide practical strategies to maximise the opportunities that change can present.

Intended Outcomes

  • Build understanding of the change process and the critical success factors for implementing change
  • Explore the human dimensions of change with a focus on the emotional reactions to change
  • Generate enthusiasm and commitment to current change efforts
