Overview

To introduce skills to use the mail merge feature within Word 2003.

Intended Outcomes

To use the mail merge functionality efficiently and effectively.

Course Content

On completion of this course participants will be able to: 

  • create the documents required for a merge, perform a merge and create mailing labels
  • perform more complex merge operations
  • create fields that prompt the user for input
