Overview

Through the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, this workshop offers participants an opportunity to develop a better understanding of themselves and how they differ from other people in the way they prefer to focus their attention, acquire information, make decisions and orient their lifestyle. Recognising and understanding differences between people assists individuals and groups to create a more positive work environment and to function more productively.
