Client satisfaction ratings 2007

2007 saw a continuing strong demand for customised learning solutions (in-house courses) across all programming areas. Participants took the opportunity to provide feedback on the effectiveness of the formal learning experience and how it was facilitated. The results from 2007 are summarised below:

Customised Learning Programs

  • Overall ratings of the usefulness of short courses, series and workshops averaged 4.4 on a 5 point scale (between good and excellent)
  • Overall ratings of program facilitators averaged 4.7 on the same 5 point scale
