Work/Life Balance Project
The "Work/Life Balance Project" is being conducted by ANU in conjunction with Griffith University as part of an ARC grant. The aim of the project is to evaluate the effectiveness of family-friendly and other work-life policies in terms of business outcomes such as absenteeism and turnover as well as measuring individual health outcomes. This research involves four countries; Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and China and will involve over 20,000 employees.
