What is TRIM?

At Monash University, TRIM is currently used to manage both hard copy files and electronic documents. TRIM is not in use across the entire university. A number of key central administration units currently use TRIM, including Student Administration, Human Resources, University Solicitor’s Office, Research, etc. A small number of faculties also use TRIM for the management of administrative records
