Neither does it advise staff on personal matters, including personal consultancies undertaken in accordance with the Monash University Practice and Paid Outside Work Policy. For advice on personal legal matters students may consult a student rights officer (all campuses), staff may consult their union and/or students and staff may consult the Monash-Oakleigh Legal Service, Clayton, or other legal adviser.
