Conditions applying in common to all trades and services staff

This Part shall apply in common to all trades and services staff except where otherwise expressly provided.

Section 6 - Miscellaneous Items

64. Noticeboard

The University shall permit a noticeboard of reasonable dimensions to be erected in a prominent position in its plant or in separate buildings in each plant so that it wi ll be reasonably accessible to all staff working under this Agreement. Staff shall be permitted to post notices on the noticeboard or boards where they are signed with the approval of the University. Accredited union representatives shall be permitted to put on the noticeboard or boards union notices signed or counter-signed by the representative posting it. Any union notice posted on such board not so signed or counter-signed may be removed by an accredited union representative or by the University. An y other notice without the signed approval of the University may be removed by the University.
