WES Unit Amendment/Variation Dates

All students should note that WES is closed from Thursday 20 December 2007 to Sunday 6 January 2008.
The discontinuation date is the last day you can use WES to discontinue.  You can still discontinue after these dates by submitting a hardcopy Enrolment Amendment Form at your faculty.  Please note the different penalties by checking the principal dates and unit discontinuation penalties documents.

After an initial enrolment or re-enrolment has been made for 2008 students can: 

Semester 1/2008

  • Add Semester 1 distance education units from 4-19 Dec 2007 and 7 Jan-8 Feb 2008
  • Add Semester 1 on-campus units from from 4-19 Dec 2007 and 7 Jan-7 Mar 2008
  • Discontinue Semester 1 units by 28 April 2008

Semester 2/2008

  • Add Semester 2 distance education units from 4-19 Dec 2007 and 7 Jan-27 June 2008
  • Add Semester 2 on-campus units from 4-19 Dec 2007 and 7 Jan-25 July 2008
  • Discontinue Semester 2 units by 15 Sept 2008
