Applying for a range of courses managed by different facultiesIf you are applying for a number of courses that are managed by different faculties, you must submit a separate application form and supporting documentation to each faculty, including all of your course preferences on each copy. To identify the faculty that manages your intended course(s), use the Monash CourseFinder. For each course, the managing faculty is given on the Course Finder 'Course Overview' page. If you haven't already, you might like to check the course entry requirements while you are there. When to use this form in application for undergraduate courses?
When not to use this form in application for undergraduate courses?Do not use this form to apply for undergraduate courses listed in the VTAC Guide as these courses use the VTAC application process for selecting students for semester 1 (February) commencement. Applicants for courses listed in the VTAC Guide must submit their application via VTAC when the application process begins in August each year. Please visit the VTAC website for more information.
