Online Portal		 This portal allows SPM users or any Monash staff to experience lodging an application from the applicant point of view.

For IRS and Other Specialised Roles

Full User Guide to the Late Enrolment Support Module The purpose of this document is to assist Callista users who have view / update / insert access to the Late Enrolment Support Module (LESM).
Full User Guide to Fee Waivers, Capturing Agent Details and Processing Manual Payments The purpose of this document is to assist Callista users who will be required to process Fee Waivers for applications submitted both in hard copy and via the Applicant Portal, capture the agent details supplied by online applicants/agents process manual application fee payments submitted by online applicants.

Hard copy cover sheet

Admissions staff asking domestic and/or off-campus learning online applicants to send hard copy documents can email them a Document Submission Cover Sheet.

The return address is the central Admissions Unit. We will scan/upload these documents to the appropriate Callista applicant records, and SPM will auto-notify the current step assessors by email.
